About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, high-energy Pickleball Coach to lead our coaching program. You will be responsible for introducing beginners to the sport, refining the skills of intermediate players, and challenging our expert-level members.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow with us. We are starting with a 3-day-a-week schedule, with a clear roadmap to transition into a Full-time Lead Coach role as our community expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development: Design and implement a structured player development pathway for all skill levels.

• On-Court Instruction: Conduct engaging group clinics and private lessons.

• Community Building: Foster a welcoming and competitive environment for players.

• Progression Tracking: Evaluate player progress and move them through the levels of your developed curriculum.

• Social Media Traction: Personal Branding and Social media presence to help grow their own and the academic profile

Requirements

• Certification: Must be a licensed coach by the All India Pickleball Association (AIPA) or willing to attain.

• Experience: Proven ability to coach multiple skill levels (Beginner to Expert).

• Availability: Must be available 3 days per week (schedule to be discussed).

• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and a deep understanding of pickleball strategy and mechanics.
