Reporting Manager: Head of Department / Co-ordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Music Instruction
- Teach piano techniques including posture, hand position, scales, chords, and musical pieces.
- Conduct individual or group piano lessons for students of different age groups.
- Develop students understanding of music theory, rhythm, and notation.
- Lesson Planning
- Prepare structured lesson plans according to students skill levels.
- Design exercises and practice routines to improve students musical abilities.
- Track students progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Student Development
- Encourage creativity, discipline, and confidence in students.
- Prepare students for school concerts, recitals, and music competitions.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Performance & Events
- Organize music recitals, concerts, and school performances.
- Support school cultural programs and events involving music.
- Prepare students for internal or external music examinations if required.
- Instrument Care
- Ensure pianos and related equipment are properly maintained.
- Report any damage or repair requirements to school management.
- Administration
- Maintain attendance and progress records of students.
- Communicate with parents and school administration regarding student development.

Our Interview Process & Application For The Role
Our process is comprehensive to ensure we maintain quality throughout practices ensuring continuous improvements of Student Outcomes & Teacher Delivery Effectiveness.
Step 1: Application Submission (Please map the fields Section, Academics, Primary & Secondary Location correctly, rest of the things which are not applicable, please select NA or Not Applicable)
Generally, we screen profiles within 48 - 72 hours of submission. Due to high volumes, sometimes this can be slightly delayed.
Introductory Call with a HR member for Fitment covering your Experience & Impact
Step 2: Online Assessment to determine the Subject Proficiency and Online Demo. Right fit candidates would generally receive a virtual assessment to be completed within 48-72 hours of Step 1.
Step 3: In-Person round at School with Principal / Co-ordinator & Demo
Step 4: Technical Rounds with Senior member (HOS, Central Academic Team), if required
Step 5: Final Call with Senior HR member for closure & next steps.
