We are seeking a motivated and experienced PI Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and engineering, with a focus on optimizing manufacturing systems and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement process improvements and automation solutions in manufacturing systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and execution.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 4-7 years of experience in process improvement engineering or related field.
- Proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, etc.).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with automation technologies and software (e.g., PLC programming, SCADA, etc.).
