Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru. The Physiotherapist will assess patients physical conditions, review medical histories, and perform functional evaluations to diagnose movement and mobility issues. Responsibilities include designing individualized treatment plans, delivering manual therapy, prescribing therapeutic exercises, and using appropriate modalities and techniques to support recovery and rehabilitation. The role also involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications, as well as maintaining accurate clinical documentation and progress notes. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with other clinicians as needed and participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Formal education in Physiotherapy: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution; valid professional registration/licensure as required.
• Clinical expertise in assessment and treatment planning: ability to perform physical and functional assessments, set measurable goals, and create individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Therapeutic intervention skills: proficiency in manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, pain management strategies, and use of electrotherapy or other therapeutic modalities.
• Patient communication and education: strong interpersonal skills to explain diagnoses and treatment plans, motivate patients, and provide clear guidance on home exercises and preventive care.
• Documentation and organizational skills: capability to maintain accurate patient records, track progress, and manage time effectively in a busy clinical environment.
• Teamwork and professionalism: ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals while demonstrating ethical practice and respect for diverse patients.
• Preferred experience: prior clinical experience in outpatient, musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports rehabilitation settings; familiarity with evidence-based practice and continuing education in physiotherapy.
