Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Physiotherapy Consultant specializing in Neuro & Ortho Rehab or Sports. The position is based in Ahmedabad. The consultant will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, monitoring progress, and working with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. The role also involves using advanced technologies for motion analysis and contributing to research and development projects within the organization. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapy Consultant specializing in Neuro and Orthopedic Rehabilitation to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide expert physiotherapy services, develop customized treatment plans, and support patient recovery in a compassionate environment.

Job Title: Physiotherapy Consultant (Part-Time, 3-5 hours daily) (Neuro & Ortho Rehab or Sports)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Type: Part-Time (3-5 hours daily, flexible timing), and in required Visiting to Clinical or Rahab Center or Hospital on requirements for Assessment

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Conduct Biomechanics and functional assessments for patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients biomechanics, gait, and human performance.
• Use advanced assessment products and tools, including gait analysis systems, to evaluate patient conditions.
• Perform muscle assessments to identify weaknesses or imbalances.
• Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy practices and techniques.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Ability to use advanced technologies for motion capture and analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in using AI/ML and data-driven approaches for rehabilitation is a plus
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
• Use of advanced assessment systems and technology to evaluate and enhance patient recovery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) or relevant skills.
• Experience in neuro and orthopedic rehabilitation or sports physiotherapy
• Valid physiotherapy license/certification.
• Added advantage in Experience with biomechanics, gait analysis, and human performance assessment.
• Familiarity with assessment technologies and systems, including gait analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of muscle assessment techniques.
• Experience in neuro and orthopedic rehab preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time setting.

For preferrable Expertise (considered a plus).

Skilled in employing gait analysis and biomechanics tools, with a focus on neuro and ortho rehab, and capable of providing targeted therapy based on detailed assessments in Rehab-Healthcare or Sports

Renumeration preference: as per consulting (% sharing) basis per visit.
