Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and patient-centric Physiotherapist to join our growing clinical team in Bengaluru. The role involves direct patient care across musculoskeletal, post-operative, and rehabilitation programs, while also working with technology-enabled therapy workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed physiotherapy assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver in-clinic and/or virtual physiotherapy sessions for MSK, post-surgical, neuro, and pain management cases
• Track patient progress, document outcomes, and modify treatment plans based on recovery data
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture correction, and long-term recovery strategies
• Coordinate with orthopaedic surgeons, neurologists, and rehabilitation teams when required
• Use digital assessment and monitoring tools as part of routine care (training provided)
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with ethical and professional standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on clinical experience
• Strong foundation in musculoskeletal and post-operative rehabilitation
• Valid registration with the State / National Physiotherapy Council
• Strong communication skills and patient management capability

Preferred Skills

• Experience in neuro-rehabilitation, sports rehab, or geriatric physiotherapy
• Comfort with technology-enabled or virtual care models
• Outcome-focused clinical approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare startup environment
