About Role
We are looking for a dedicated and child-centric Pediatric Physiotherapist to support children with motor delays, neuromuscular conditions, postural challenges, and functional mobility needs.
You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary therapy team to promote independence, strength, and functional participation in daily activities.

Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group pediatric physiotherapy sessions
- Assess gross motor development, posture, muscle tone, strength, balance, and mobility
- Design and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
- Work with children with: Developmental delays, Hypotonia / hypertonia, Neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions
- Use play-based and functional movement approaches to engage children
- Train parents in home exercise programs, positioning, and handling techniques
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Behavior Therapists, and Special Educators
- Maintain accurate documentation using digital trackers, progress notes, and outcome reports
- Participate in team reviews, supervision sessions, and continuous learning activities
- Ensure a safe, motivating, and child-friendly therapy environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's (BPT) or Master's (MPT) in Physiotherapy
- Mandatory experience: Minimum 1 year of pediatric physiotherapy experience
- Hands-on exposure to pediatric assessment and intervention techniques
- Knowledge of developmental milestones and pediatric motor development
- Strong communication skills with children and caregivers
- Comfort working with structured workflows and digital documentation
- Registration with relevant state physiotherapy council (preferred)
