Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Physiotherapist (MPT) role based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work-from-home responsibilities such as documentation, follow-ups, and care planning. The Physiotherapist will assess patients using evidence-based evaluation methods, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver in-clinic and, where needed, home-based physiotherapy sessions. Daily tasks include conducting therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, tracking progress, updating digital patient records, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare providers, educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, and contributing to rehabilitation protocols and outcome measures. The Physiotherapist may also support intern training, participate in CME activities, and share feedback to improve clinical workflows on the PhysioPlus platform.
Qualifications
- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution, with valid registration as per applicable state or national council requirements.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, sports, or orthopedic physiotherapy, with the ability to create individualized rehab plans.
- Proficiency in patient communication, education, and counselling, including explaining diagnoses, exercises, and expected recovery timelines in a clear, respectful manner.
- Comfort with using digital tools and electronic medical records for documentation, scheduling, reporting, and outcome tracking.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Jaipur, balancing in-clinic presence, potential supervised home visits, and remote follow-ups or documentation.
- Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital-based physiotherapy setting is preferred; experience mentoring interns or juniors is an advantage.
