Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jaipur, with a mix of on-site clinical duties and some work-from-home responsibilities. The Clinical Assessment Physiotherapist (MPT) will perform detailed patient assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and standardized outcome measures. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, documenting findings and progress, and coordinating follow-up care in line with clinical protocols. The physiotherapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, provide patient education on exercise, posture, and lifestyle modification, and update electronic records using PhysioPlus tools. Additional responsibilities include participating in CMEs, contributing to clinical protocols, mentoring junior physiotherapists or interns when needed, and supporting data-driven quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution, with valid registration as per applicable council or regulatory requirements.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional evaluations.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical documentation, digital records, and use of clinic management or EMR software.
- Excellent patient communication and counseling skills, with the ability to explain diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and preventive strategies clearly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, hospital staff, and fellow physiotherapists.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and participation in CMEs, trainings, and protocol-based care.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage patient load, appointments, and follow-ups in a hybrid work environment.
- Prior clinical experience in outpatient physiotherapy, rehabilitation centers, or hospitals is preferred; experience mentoring interns or juniors is an advantage.
- Comfort with technology, including tele-consultation platforms, digital documentation, and basic data collection for outcome tracking.
