Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist for a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The Physiotherapist will assess and develop personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from conditions such as stroke, spine injuries, and other neurological or musculoskeletal issues. Key responsibilities include conducting physical therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, and providing education on rehabilitation exercises and lifestyle recommendations. The Physiotherapist will collaborate closely with medical professionals and caregivers to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in physical therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation techniques
  • Hands-on skills in manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and utilizing appropriate physiotherapy equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and collaboration with medical teams
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site care environment and adapt to diverse patient needs
  • Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Prior experience in neuro-rehabilitation or musculoskeletal rehabilitation is preferred
  • Commitment to providing empathetic, patient-centered care
