Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Physiotherapist based in Coimbatore. The Physiotherapist will assess, plan, and implement tailored treatment programs for children with special needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical therapy sessions, monitoring progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining detailed records, and guiding families in exercises and activities to support children's development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in developing and implementing physiotherapy treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
• Strong understanding of child development, motor skills, and the ability to assess physical therapies required for children with special needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care.
• Strong organizational skills to document progress and maintain patient records accurately.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent field, are required. Prior experience working with children, especially those with autism or special needs, is highly desirable.
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for empowering children and improving their quality of life are essential.
