Location: Mumbai (Candidates based in Mumbai or open to relocating may apply)

Eligibility: ONLY Master's in Physiotherapy (MPT)

Experience: Freshers Welcome (MPT Mandatory)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct physiotherapy & aquatherapy assessments and treatments

Manage a designated caseload as an autonomous practitioner

Treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological & complex conditions

Apply evidence-based practice to plan, implement & review treatments

Monitor progress and modify rehabilitation plans for optimal outcomes

Maintain accurate clinical records as per professional standards

Participate in interdisciplinary assessment, treatment & discharge planning

Educate patients, caregivers & relatives effectively

Deliver care considering cultural, social, cognitive & physical needs

Contribute to service development, research & aquatherapy documentation

Assist in training therapy assistants and students

Work independently with senior therapist support available.

COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION

Clear and empathetic communication with patients & caregivers

Professional coordination with healthcare teams

Ability to manage sensitive and complex cases confidently.
