Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging physics lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources, including technology, to enhance student understanding.
- Create assessments and provide actionable feedback to students to promote academic growth.
- Encourage scientific inquiry and foster a love for learning through interactive experiments and projects.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation from all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary units and engage students in cross-curricular learning.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and ways to support learning at home.
- Participate in professional development and staff meetings to continuously improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
Essential Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physics or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong understanding of curricular standards and educational methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a senior secondary school setting.
- Experience with ICSE, IGCSE, or CBSE curriculum is preferred.
- Proven ability to engage and motivate students through dynamic teaching strategies.
- Familiarity with technology-enhanced teaching and e-learning platforms.
