Physics Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and refine complex physics problems, detailed solutions, and clear explanations tailored for AI training.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and logical consistency in physics-related data and AI outputs.
• Evaluate and improve AI-generated physics content, aligning it with real-world scientific principles.
• Debug and correct errors in AI-driven physics reasoning and results.
• Collaborate with AI teams to enhance model understanding of core physics domains: Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electromagnetism, Optics, Quantum and Modern Physics.
• Create step-by-step explanations for challenging physics concepts and problems.
• Stay current with the latest JEE Advanced syllabus, trends, and exam strategies to maintain content relevance.

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Physics.
• Minimum 1+ year of tutoring experience, preferably with JEE Advanced students.
• Prior experience in the EdTech sector is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of JEE Main and Advanced exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation methods.
• Expertise in JEE Advanced topics including Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electromagnetism, Optics, and Modern Physics.
• Proven track record of helping students achieve significant improvements in JEE Advanced performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex physics concepts clearly and engagingly.
