Experience Required:
35 years of experience in Physics teaching or academic doubt-solving for JEE/NEET level.
Strong background in auditing, reviewing, or validating academic content.
Experience working closely with SMEs, Quality Teams, or Academic Operations is preferred.
Qualifications & Eligibility:
Bachelor's or master's degree in physics or related disciplines.
Candidates from reputed institutions (IIT, NIT, AIIMS, IISER, DU, JNU, etc.) will be given preference.
Solid understanding of JEENEET Physics curriculum and exam patterns.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Deep conceptual understanding of Physics aligned with JEENEET standards.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to audit solutions for accuracy, clarity, and pedagogy.
Ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback to SMEs.
Proficiency in identifying quality gaps and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct daily audits of Physics solutions submitted by SMEs to ensure accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical correctness.
Review and evaluate how student queries are handled to maintain high-quality academic support.
Maintain and improve CSAT scores for both SME-driven and AI-assisted solutions.
Provide structured, actionable feedback to SMEs and track improvement metrics.
Lead weekly review sessions, present findings, and document quality insights.
Collaborate with Academic Operations to improve processes, workflows, and content quality standards.
Support hiring efforts by evaluating SME candidates and participating in interviews.
Contribute to the enhancement of test papers, assignments, doubt reports, and academic resources.
