Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapist Recruiter (Remote)

Experience Required: 23 Years

Job Type: Full-Time / Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit licensed Physical Therapists (PT) through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and qualification checks.
  • Verify licenses, credentials, and experience of candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Maintain candidate database and update ATS regularly.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.
  • Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs.

Requirements:

  • 23 years of experience in healthcare or US staffing recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting Physical Therapists or allied healthcare professionals preferred.
  • Familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of US healthcare licensing and credentialing.
  • Experience working with 1099, W2, or C2C hiring models.
  • Strong Boolean search skills.
