Job Title: Physical Therapist Recruiter (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit licensed Physical Therapists (PT) through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and qualification checks.
- Verify licenses, credentials, and experience of candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
- Maintain candidate database and update ATS regularly.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.
- Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in healthcare or US staffing recruitment.
- Experience recruiting Physical Therapists or allied healthcare professionals preferred.
- Familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of US healthcare licensing and credentialing.
- Experience working with 1099, W2, or C2C hiring models.
- Strong Boolean search skills.
