• Develop and maintain backend services using PHP.
• Design and implement server-side logic.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
• Integrate front-end elements into the application.
• Work closely with product and design teams to understand end-user requirements.
• Formulate use cases and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain the central database and ensure high performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in agile development processes.

Key skills you will require:

Primary Skills

• 4+ years of application programming experience.
• Experience in PHP v7++(8.1 preferred), MySQL and willing to learn new technologies.
• Familiar with PHPstorm IDE
• Extensive knowledge on PHPunit test case writing
• Well versed with OOPs concepts.
• Good to have knowledge in AWS services and tools (S3, IAM, Lambda, EC2).
• Exposure to PHP frameworks like CodeIgniter, Symfony, Laravel is a plus.
• Exposure to design patterns.
• Experience in developing or consuming REST API.
• Well versed with code editing tools, preferably PHPStorm.
• Well versed with GIT Commands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform development of web-based services and applications. Own code reviews and necessary corrections as appropriate.
• Good understanding and ability to work with databases including queries, triggers, and stored procedures.
