Job Description

Lead the architecture and design of custom CRM and dialer applications using PHP frameworks (CodeIgniter, Laravel) and Python.

Define scalable, maintainable, and high-performance system architectures.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure best practices are followed in software development, deployment, and maintenance.

Develop and enforce coding standards, methodologies, and guidelines.

Perform system analysis and troubleshoot performance issues.

Drive the selection of technologies and tools, keeping in mind both current and future needs.

Review and optimize existing applications for better scalability, performance, and user experience.

Ensure security and compliance are integrated into the architecture and development processes.

Stay current with technology trends and provide recommendations for the integration of new technologies.

Mentor and guide junior developers in the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Software Engineer, or similar role.

Extensive experience with PHP and frameworks like CodeIgniter and Laravel (8+ years)

Strong knowledge of Python for backend development.

Experience in designing and building custom CRM systems and dialer applications.

Deep understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, and software life cycle management.

Experience with database design, query optimization, and performance tuning (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

Strong experience with web services (RESTful API, SOAP, etc.), microservices, and cloud-based platforms.

Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with system integration and third-party API integrations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Desired Skills:

Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.

Knowledge of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Vue.js is a plus.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, gathering requirements, and working directly with clients.
