PHP Developer (Vtiger/CRM)

Requirement Profile:

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. graduate or degree in computer science

Experience: 2 to 4 yrs

Skill sets:

1. 3+ years experience in PHP development. Core PHP should be very strong

2. Must be very strong in Object-Oriented programming and design patterns.

3. Must have experience with PHP frameworks (Zend/ Cake PHP / CodeIgniter / Symphony/Laravel etc..).

4. Knowledge on HTML5, CSS3

5. Experience in web services (REST API, SOAP etc..) and cross platform integration

6. Should be strong in writing optimized SQL queries.

7. Think independently and operate with limited supervision.

8. Codes religiously with passion, earnestness and sense of ownership.

9. Works well independently and within the team. Coach and be ready to be coached.

10. Out of the box thinker, thinks beyond specifications. Foresee User Experience.

11. Knowledge of VTiger CRM development is good to have.

12. Detail oriented and an ardent problem solver.

13. Fast learner who can grasp product domain knowledge.

14. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with the US team and internal teams.

As a PHP developer you will be:

1. Engineer Design, Develop, Implement, Integrate and Support PHP platform solutions.

2. Work closely with clients, subject matter experts to understand requirements, establish priorities and project scope, manage expectations and project delivery.

3. Define the technical and solution architecture for a phased software development delivery and provide hands-on technical direction working with other developers to review code and resolve issues.
