Role Overview
We are seeking a PHP Developer who can contribute to web application development, support existing client projects, and collaborate effectively within a multi-project service environment. The candidate should be comfortable working across backend development, integrations, and production support when required.
Must-Have Skills
Core Technology
- Strong hands-on experience in PHP development
- Experience with at least one PHP framework (Laravel preferred)
- Understanding of REST API development and integration
- Good knowledge of MySQL / relational databases
- Familiarity with Git-based version control
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Development & Delivery
- Ability to understand requirements and implement features independently
- Experience working on live client projects
- Debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of code quality and secure coding practices
- Ability to work across multiple tasks in parallel
Communication & Teamwork
- Good communication skills for coordination with team members
- Ability to follow defined processes and timelines
- Willingness to learn new technologies and framework
Good to Have
- Exposure to ReactJS or frontend frameworks
- Basic knowledge of NodeJS ecosystem
- Experience with AWS deployment or server environments
- Understanding of API authentication methods (JWT, OAuth)
- Experience working in a service-based company
