In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing large-sized web applications, with a core focus on building fast, scalable, and robust architectures. You will engage across the full development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and ongoing maintenance, operating within a collaborative environment that highly values independent thinking and exceptional craftsmanship.
What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain PHP web applications.
- Design and maintain large databases, encompassing both relational and non-relational databases.
- Establish, refine, and integrate development environment tools and software as needed.
- Identify and effectively resolve production and non-production application issues.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with other engineers and QA team members.
- Actively contribute to the development of fast, scalable, and robust architecture for our web applications.
- Preferred: Deploy applications on AWS cloud.
What You Will Bring: Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge across core technologies: PHP, Laravel, AWS, MySQL, WordPress theme development, and Symphony.
- Excellent PHP coding skills with a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Extensive experience in CMS (Content Management System) and E-commerce web application development.
- Strong working experience on the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
- Proficiency with SQL databases and proven ability in designing and maintaining large and complex databases.
- Solid experience in server management and mandatory knowledge of AWS cloud services.
- Experience with major JavaScript libraries.
- Proficiency with HTML5 & CSS3.
