About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced PHP Laravel Developer who can lead and manage a development team while delivering high-quality backend solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Laravel, excellent understanding of memory management, and the ability to architect scalable, secure systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, guide, and manage a team of developers for project execution.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Laravel and PHP.
- Write clean, secure, and well-documented code.
- Implement best practices for performance optimization and memory management.
- Integrate third-party APIs and build RESTful services.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, and architecture discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 46 years of hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel.
- Strong understanding of OOP Concepts, MVC architecture, and design patterns.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a development team.
- Excellent knowledge of MySQL, database design, and optimization.
- Strong command over memory management, application performance, and debugging.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, queues, caching, and job scheduling in Laravel.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) is a plus.
