Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role based in Bengaluru for a Photography & Video Editor Intern. The intern will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content, creating visually appealing motion graphics, and incorporating effective video color grading. They will collaborate closely with the team to deliver engaging visuals that align with the foundation's mission and campaigns while supporting storytelling efforts to showcase the impact of community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Production, including planning and shooting creative and impactful video content.
• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Color Grading to enhance the quality and aesthetics of projects.
• Knowledge of Motion Graphics and proficiency in creating visual elements for videos.
• Basic understanding of Graphics to support content design needs where necessary.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing and design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).
• Keen attention to detail and a creative vision to produce emotionally resonant and engaging visuals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to feedback to refine content.
• Passion for storytelling and an understanding of LGBTQ+ advocacy and community-focused content is an asset.
