Hazey Jane Records is an artist driven independent rock label and event management company based in Mumbai. We serve as a platform to preserve, cultivate and discover overlooked forms of art and music - shaping an alternate reality outside the one measured by popular belief & algorithms.

At Hazey Jane we are the artists & the label, the start-up & the VC looking to build culture ground up. Culture rooted in the belief that in a choice-driven economy, eventually genuine expression will always find its people. We are opening our doors to a new generation of creators and are looking for musicians, writers, animators, film-makers, creative marketing folks, event planners with an affinity for classic rock music.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. We're looking for someone who can capture and craft the visual identity of our brand, and its artists.

You'll be responsible for:

• Filming studio sessions, rehearsals, and live performances
• Creating visual diaries and behind-the-scenes content
• Documenting the creative process across projects
• Assisting in the development and production of music videos
• Helping build a cohesive visual archive of our work

Requirements:

• Proficiency in DSLR filming
• Editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• A visual aesthetic that aligns with our style and artistic direction
• Curiosity and initiative in exploring new ways to convey story and atmosphere
