About the Role

We are looking for experienced and creative Photographers to capture high-quality photographs for events, campaigns, documentaries, field activities, and digital content. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in professional camera equipment, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs for events, campaigns, field activities, digital platforms, and communication initiatives.
• Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and other photography equipment.
• Plan and execute photography assignments based on project and campaign requirements.
• Cover events, interviews, public programmes, campaign activities, documentary shoots, and field assignments.
• Apply strong knowledge of composition, framing, exposure, lighting, colour, and perspective.
• Capture candid, portrait, event, landscape, and action photographs as required.
• Select, organise, and maintain photographic assets and archives.
• Perform basic photo editing, colour correction, cropping, and retouching where required.
• Coordinate with content, creative, communication, and production teams to understand photography requirements.
• Ensure photographs meet professional quality standards and are suitable for print and digital platforms.
• Maintain and handle photography equipment responsibly.
• Travel to different locations for events, field assignments, and outdoor shoots as required.
• Deliver photographs within agreed timelines and project requirements.

Essential Qualifications

• Graduation/Diploma in Photography, Videography, Cinematography, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting, and video production equipment.
• Strong understanding of photography fundamentals, including composition, exposure, lighting, lenses, and camera settings.
• Knowledge of professional photography and digital imaging workflows.
