About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Content Producer who can manage end-to-end visual content production — from shooting high-quality photos and videos to editing engaging, social-first content.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, camera work, short-form video, and social media trends and should be comfortable taking a concept from shoot to final edit.

What You'll Do

• Shoot high-quality photography and videography for brands, including fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, products, campaigns, BTS, and social media content.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional content, and brand assets.
• Handle the complete pre-production, production and post-production process wherever required.
• Edit videos with strong pacing, transitions, music, sound, colour correction and basic colour grading.
• Work closely with the Social Media & Creative Team to conceptualise and produce trending, viral and high-engagement Instagram content.
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, trending audio, formats, hooks, transitions and short-form content styles.
• Translate social media ideas and creative briefs into strong visual content.
• Proactively contribute content ideas, shot concepts, camera movements and creative executions based on what is relevant for each brand.
• Create both planned campaign content and real-time/trend-led content based on brand requirements.
• Manage and organise footage, media files and project assets efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality content within deadlines and according to platform specifications.

Experience with additional editing, colour-grading or motion-graphics tools is a plus.

Equipment

You must have your own professional camera.

Having additional equipment such as lenses, gimbal, tripod, lighting or audio equipment will be an advantage.

What We're Looking For

Someone who is creative, proactive, trend-aware and execution-focused — not just someone who can operate a camera.

You should be comfortable working independently on shoots, collaborating with the social media team, handling multiple brand requirements, and turning ideas into high-quality, engaging visual content.

Location Requirement

This is a hybrid role, and the candidate must be based in Mumbai's suburban area.

You will be required to come to our Andheri office approximately 2–3 times a week, along with travelling to client and shoot locations across Mumbai as required.

Candidates who are not based in Mumbai or cannot regularly travel to Andheri will not be considered.
