Shift Timing: General Shifts (10AM to 7PM) 6 Days Working in a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: 15,000 INR to 25,000 INR
About Us: Lights On Photography is a Hyderabad based Photography service provider primarily across Andhra & Telangana regions. Leading in Creative Wedding film making and also in various other services.
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a experienced Photo Editor & Album Designer (AKA Photo retoucher) to join our dynamic post production team.
- As a Photo Editor, you will be part of the Post Production team and contribute to complete post production of a project/event transforming RAW Photos into visually appealing edited photos and designing them into albums for printing.
- You will be working on Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom Classic softwares for the workflow having proficiency in these softwares is mandatory. (Canva expertise is a plus).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Project data in Lightroom
- Canva Expertise for Various Photo editing techniques.
- Ensure customer delivery on time.
- Edit/Retouch RAW Photos in Lighroom Classic & Photoshop for various client projects before client delivery/printing.
- Album desiging in photoshop of various sizes and formats.
- Expertise in creating album designs from scratch (not templates)
- Suggest and implement creative ways to improve and enhance photos.
- Implement unique techniques that align with the project goals.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure project success.
Mandatory Job Qualifications and Skill Set:
- Minimum Intermediate/Diploma
- Canva Expertise
- Strong Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom Classic.
- Expertise in creating album designs using photoshop/canva from scratch (not templates)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good Communication skills for effective collaboration with production team members.
Optional & Good to have Skill Set:
- AI Tools of any choice.
- Certificate/Badge in Photo Editing course from any notable institution.
