Your Role

Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and deliver high-quality service.
Promote and sell a wide range of banking products over the phone.
Meet defined sales targets, productivity, and quality benchmarks.
Accurately and efficiently process customer service requests.
Ensure full compliance with audit, regulatory, and service quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Any graduate with at least 1 year of sales experience
OR
Freshers with a strong interest in sales and customer service
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
A goal-oriented mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed targets
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
