Job Description:

We are hiring Phone Banking Officers to manage customer interactions and provide professional banking assistance through telephonic support. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and basic knowledge of banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking services.
  • Provide accurate information regarding bank products, services, and account details.
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with service requests, account-related queries, and basic banking processes.
  • Maintain proper call records and update customer information in the system.
  • Follow bank policies, compliance standards, and service protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 01 year of experience in customer service or banking support preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with banking systems.
