Primary Responsibility:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Phone Banking Officer to handle customer queries and provide banking assistance over phone. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, resolving banking-related issues, and guiding customers regarding various banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking services
• Assist customers with account information, balance inquiries, and transaction details
• Resolve customer queries regarding debit cards, internet banking, and mobile banking
• Guide customers through banking procedures and product information
• Ensure proper verification of customer identity before sharing account details
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
• Promote banking products such as credit cards, loans, and savings accounts when appropriate
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and customer service standards
