Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Phlebotomist based in Lucknow. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting blood samples, maintaining proper labeling and storage of specimens, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols and safety standards. The role also involves assisting medical staff, preparing laboratory samples for analysis, and updating patient records as needed. Providing a high standard of patient care and comfort during procedures is a key element of the job.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Blood Collection and Laboratory Skills
• Understanding of Medical Terminology and concepts related to Medicine
• Experience in Medical Assisting and patient care
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certification in phlebotomy or a related field is advantageous
• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus
