• Lead end to end development of backend services and web applications using PHP and Laravel
• Own technical planning estimations and sprint execution to ensure timely and high quality releases
• Define and enforce coding standards best practices and reusable patterns across the team
• Review code guide refactoring and ensure maintainability performance and security of applications
• Architecture Collaboration
• Design scalable application architecture and contribute to technical decision making and trade offs
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Work with frontend and QA teams to ensure smooth integration testing and release readiness
• Mentorship Continuous Improvement
• Mentor engineers through pairing feedback and technical guidance to strengthen team capability
• Identify bottlenecks and improve development workflows deployment practices and operational reliability
• Minimum Qualifications
• 5 9 years of professional experience in backend web development with strong hands on expertise in PHP
• Strong experience building applications using Laravel including routing middleware authentication and ORM usage
• Experience leading modules teams conducting code reviews and driving engineering execution
• Solid understanding of backend fundamentals RESTful APIs application security performance optimization and debugging
• Education BTECH BCA MCA MTECH
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable APIs and service oriented backend components in Laravel
• Proven ability to guide architecture decisions manage technical debt and improve codebase health over time
• Strong experience with database design and query optimization for high traffic applications
• Familiarity with automated testing practices and improving release confidence through better test coverage
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders
