Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Professional located in the Bhilai. The Pharmacy Professional will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, preparing and delivering expert-level lectures, contributing to academic research, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical education standards. Other responsibilities include maintaining student performance records, fostering a collaborative learning environment, and assisting in curriculum development to uphold academic excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy Operations, and Pharmacology
• Strong skills in Research, Report Writing, and Academic Paper Publishing
• Effective communication and teaching skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards in pharmacy and healthcare
• Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities
• A Master's degree or PhD in Pharmacy or related field is required
• Prior teaching experience or industry experience is a strong advantage
