Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations in Noida location. With proven expertise in inventory management, team leadership and regulatory compliance, the ideal candidate will ensure efficient, safe, and customer-centric pharmacy services. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in retail pharmacy operations and healthcare management.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Compliance
- Manage complete pharmacy operations, including prescription processing, billing, and SOP adherence.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory authorities (Drug License, FDA, etc.).
- Oversee cold chain management, expiry tracking and proper drug storage.
Team Leadership
- Lead and schedule pharmacy staff across shifts.
- Conduct staff training on pharmacy software, safety protocols and standard procedures.
- Promote a performance-driven and patient-focused work environment.
Inventory & Vendor Management
- Ensure adequate inventory levels through procurement planning and vendor negotiations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and expiry checks.
- Maintain documentation for purchase, sales and inventory movement.
Customer Service & Patient Counseling
- Guide patients on medication use, side effects and safety instructions.
- Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Build long-term patient trust and engagement.
Finance & Reporting
- Monitor pharmacy profitability and control costs.
- Generate regular reports on sales, stock and expenses.
- Plan and execute purchase strategies aligned with budget goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Pharmacy MBA in Healthcare Management
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations
- Proficiency in pharmacy billing and stock management software
- Strong command of regulatory norms and drug safety standards
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience as Pharmacy Manager
- Hands-on knowledge inretail hospital pharmacy
- Experience with staff supervision and team performance enhancement
- Skill in handling audits, licensing renewals and vendor coordination
