Pharmacy Account Manager (Offshore) Mandatory RxClaim & PBM Experience
Location: Gurugram, Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai or Bangalore
Experience Required: RxClaim (BOM/CS preferred) + Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Account Manager to support our Onshore Pharmacy Account Management team through strong operational coordination, proactive planning, and reliable execution. This role is critical in ensuring seamless internal collaboration, maintaining highquality service delivery, and driving continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Account Management
- Read, analyze, and interpret SOPs and operational reporting.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams in a complex matrix environment to ensure highquality service delivery.
- Review and evaluate current processes to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate resolution of escalated requests by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Address nonstandard issues by translating concepts into actionable solutions.
- Manage complex daily tasks while closely collaborating with PAM team members and leaders.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Proactively identify and support process improvement initiatives.
- Provide ongoing communication to leadership regarding concerns, risks, and feedback.
- Document and share best practices across teams.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned operational areas.
- Support impact reporting, root cause analysis, remediation, and 1/1 readiness activities.
- Monitor new products/groups, perform scenario testing, and drive daily progress updates.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking across activities.
- Anticipate operational needs and assist with proactive planning.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory: RxClaim experience (BOM or CS preferred).
- Mandatory: Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience with ability to work on reporting, issue management, and claims adjudication tools.
- Graduate
- Strong analytical, criticalthinking, and problemsolving capabilities.
- Prior experience in Account Management or supporting operational teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced production environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with internal applications and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Experience in project coordination or facilitation is a plus.
