We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications by patients. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-9 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide information about drugs and their side effects.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and medication management.
- Conduct health screenings and provide immunization services as required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory of medications and supplies.
- Educate patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and lifestyle modifications.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from a recognized institution.
- Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council of India.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, toxicology, and drug interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and inventory.
