Working days: 6 Days

Working hours: 9 hours/day (Rotational Shifts)

CTC: 3.12 LPA i.e. 26k (22.2k in-hand) + 5 thousand retention bonus

*Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) is payout basis the employee performance.

**Shift allowance is eligible if employee works in the afternoon shift.

Job Requirements:

Cases will be assigned through the system, where you will be required to call the patients, the pharmacist should be able to read the prescriptions which are attached to the order.

The pharmacist should build a rapport with the patient and observe the medicines that were ordered by the customer. Based on the medicines ordered by the patient, you will be required to pitch the substitutes of the same salt & and strength for the medicines that they have ordered. All the substitutes that are recommended are doctor recommended substitutes.

An Integral part of this job will be to explain & and convince the customer to take the substitutes & to explain to them how much they can save on their medicines if they opt for the same.

Must have sound medical knowledge, like the difference between pediatrics & and geriatrics or the difference between SR & PR & other relevant clinical responsibilities.

Qualifications:

A reasonable pharmacist degree is mandatory.

Good communication skills.

Should understand at least two languages. (Hindi, English); Knowledge of any additional language is an advantage.

Should be flexible with shifts.
