Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and review patient medical histories
• Prescribe appropriate medications, therapies, and lifestyle modifications
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and lab reports
• Educate patients on health, wellness, nutrition, and preventive care
• Provide follow-up care and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare providers when required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with hospital standards
• Ensure adherence to medical ethics, patient safety, and hospital protocols
