Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Kochi. The Pharmacist will ensure the efficient and secure dispensing of medication, maintain accurate records, and provide information on proper prescription use. They will offer advice about over-the-counter medications, manage inventory for pharmaceuticals, and adhere to health and safety regulations. The Pharmacist will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and contribute to improving healthcare accessibility in the community.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of pharmaceuticals, including medication dispensing and storage practices
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, drug interactions, and pharmacy law
• Excellent customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to guide patients on proper medication use
• Experience with inventory management and attention to detail in maintaining accurate records
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and possess problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with pharmacy management software and related technologies
• Bachelor's or diploma in pharmacy and a current pharmacist license in Kerala
• Previous experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage
• Commitment to patient care, safety, and confidentiality
