Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed and detail-oriented Pharmacist to manage pharmaceutical inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, monitoring product quality, handling documentation, and supporting efficient warehouse and distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.
• Ensure proper storage conditions as per product specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Implement and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory verification.
• Monitor product expiry dates and coordinate timely stock movement.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain store-related documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement, regulatory, sales, and logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and company SOPs.
• Handle inward and outward documentation, including GRNs, stock transfers, and dispatch records.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store.
  
  

Qualifications

• B.Pharm or D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
• Valid Pharmacist Registration Certificate.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage and inventory management practices.
• Familiarity with inventory software, ERP systems, or MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  
  

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical stores, warehouses, drug distribution, or inventory management.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries preferred.
