We are actively seeking a highly organized and experienced Pharmacist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, with a strong focus on stock management, dispatch, inventory control, and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, ensuring efficient and compliant warehouse operations for pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations Oversight: Take full responsibility for all warehouse activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations related to pharmaceutical stock.
- Stock Management & Dispatch: Actively engage in monitoring and checking stock dispatch to ensure accuracy and timeliness. This includes maintaining accurate data of Inward and Outward stock and performing stock counting every month.
- Inventory Control: Demonstrate knowledge of how to process and maintain inventory, optimizing stock levels and preventing discrepancies.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Meticulously maintain all files related to stock and dispatch, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date records.
- Invoice & Goods Checking: Conduct thorough invoice checking for incoming and outgoing goods. This also involves checking of damaged goods and coordinating their resolution.
- Coordination with Internal Departments:
- Coordinating with the purchase department related to stock and vendors, ensuring timely procurement and smooth supply chain flow.
- Maintaining the attendance of all employees within the warehouse team.
- Logistics & Tracking: Coordinating with transporters for timely delivery of goods, and diligently tracking goods until they reach the destination.
- Insurance & Claims: Proactively coordinating for insurance claims, especially when dealing with damaged goods, by working with the Insurance agent.
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience of working in a warehouse, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Proficiency in monitoring and checking stock dispatch.
- Expertise in invoice checking.
- Comprehensive understanding of all warehouse activities.
- Adept at maintaining all files related to stock and dispatch.
- Experience in maintaining employee attendance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing warehouse operations, particularly with pharmaceutical products or similar regulated goods.
