Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned doctors and pharmacies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Organize and participate in promotional activities, CMEs, and product presentations
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely reporting of daily activities and sales updates
- Collect payments and ensure outstanding dues are cleared
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.Pharm / B.Sc / Any Life Science background preferred)
- 13 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (Freshers can apply if highly motivated)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
