Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow ,Gorakhpur & Padrauna for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. The role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients, and staying updated on product knowledge and market trends. The individual will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring consistent and accurate reporting of sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
- Proven experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of Pharmacy and related products to provide accurate and credible information to clients.
- Good sales and negotiation skills for presenting products and closing deals effectively.
- Self-motivation, teamwork, and organizational skills are highly valued.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to analyze sales data is a plus.
