Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Pharma Sales Executive to manage buyer acquisition and supplier outreach within the pharmaceutical ecosystem. The role involves identifying potential buyers, onboarding suppliers, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Buyer Outreach & Acquisition

  • Identify and connect with pharma distributors, wholesalers, hospitals, retailers, and institutional buyers
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and field visits
  • Present product portfolios and pricing structures
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals

Supplier Outreach & Relationship Management

  • Identify and onboard pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers
  • Coordinate product listings, pricing, stock availability, and documentation
  • Maintain strong relationships to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain pipeline reports and CRM updates
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns

Coordination & Operations

  • Ensure to maintain updates and status daily/weekly/monthly.
  • Ensure to cross-communicate with the team every day to loop them.
  • Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and documentation standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
  • 13 years experience in pharmaceutical sales / B2B sales / distribution
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Understanding of pharma supply chain & regulatory basics
  • Experience in CRM tools and MS Excel
  • Target-oriented and self-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Preferred

  • Existing network of pharma distributors or manufacturers
  • Experience in API, formulations, exports, or bulk drug trading

KPIs

  • Number of new buyers onboarded
  • Number of suppliers onboarded
  • Monthly revenue generated
  • Conversion rate & repeat order rate

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
  • Work Location: In person
