Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and knowledgeable Pharma IT Sales Executive to lead and grow our business across the pharma and life sciences sector. This is a consultative sales role ideal for someone who understands regulatory pain points and can confidently position validation services, audits, and compliance strategies as value-added solutions.

You'll engage with CXOs, QA heads, regulatory leaders, and IT decision-makers, offering them not just services but a partnership built on trust and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business opportunities for CSV, IT Services, audit readiness and compliance services in regulated industries.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs, compliance gaps, and audit challenges.
  • Present tailored solutions involving validation documentation, consulting, remediation, and system implementation.
  • Support proposal development, pre-sales activities, and regulatory requirement mapping.
  • Stay updated on regulatory standards (21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, ICH Q9/Q10) and industry trends.
  • Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract finalization.
  • Collaborate with internal validation, regulatory, and delivery teams to align proposals with execution feasibility.
  • Maintain accurate lead pipelines, forecasts, and activity logs in CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • MBA in Marketing/Sales or exposure to consultative/solution selling is preferred.
  • 57 years of B2B sales experience in pharma services, regulatory consulting, or IT compliance.
  • Sound understanding of CSV principles, validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and audit lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and C-level stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to grasp regulatory frameworks and technical solutions.
  • Self-starter with ownership mindset; capable of managing large accounts independently.
  • Willingness to travel PAN India for client meetings, conferences, and regulatory events.
