Minimum Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field (B.Pharm, B.Sc., or equivalent)
• Completed OR actively pursuing coursework in programming/AI
• Advanced degrees welcome but not required for exceptional candidates

Experience

• Demonstrated learning agility beyond schoolwork
• Leadership experience in sports or other competitive team-based activities
• Demonstrated resilience and ability to overcome challenges

Core Knowledge

• Understanding of drug development lifecycle from preclinical to commercialization
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic understanding of clinical trial design, phases, and endpoints
