Job Description

• Distributor Management:

- Distributor List Preparation: Compile a national list of distributors for Nvron's generic products.

- Distributor Outreach: Contact distributors to introduce them to the range of generic products, offers, and promotions.

- Price List and Offers: Provide distributors with detailed price lists and special promotional offers.

- Product USP Explanation: Clearly communicate the unique selling points (USPs) of the products to distributors.

• Sales and Logistics:

- Sales Order Management: Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up on payments.

- Online Payment Collection: Facilitate payment collections through online platforms.

- Stock Dispatch and Tracking: Coordinate stock dispatch via couriers and manage transport logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

• Digital Marketing:

- Coordination with Digital Team: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create promotional posters and marketing materials for distributors.

- Social Media Distribution: Share promotional materials through social media channels to engage distributors and potential customers.

• Promotions and Feedback:

- Sample Distribution: Send product samples to distributors and potential clients.

- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from distributors to improve product offerings and customer relationships.

Requirements

• Education:

- B.Pharm or any science graduate.

• Skills Required:

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical drugs.

- Ability to learn and explain the benefits and mechanisms of action of various drugs.

- Familiarity with drug regulations and compliance.

- Capability to discuss pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics if needed by customers.

- Ability to justify the quality of products effectively.
