Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hisar for a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English. The PGT English will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lessons in English literature and language, evaluating student progress, and conducting assessments. Additional responsibilities include guiding students in developing their language and communication skills, fostering critical thinking, and encouraging active participation in academic and extracurricular activities. Collaboration with other faculty members and involvement in school events will also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in English Teaching and the ability to design and implement engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Translation and the ability to simplify complex texts for better understanding.
- Experience in Training and mentoring students to develop their academic and extracurricular abilities.
- Background in Customer Service to ensure consistent and professional interaction with stakeholders, if required.
- Master's degree in English or a related field, combined with a B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Passion for education, strong organizational skills, and dedication to student success.
- Prior experience in teaching English at the senior secondary level is preferred.
