We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) English to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and capable of inspiring students to develop a love for English language , critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons as per the curriculum guidelines.
- Develop creative teaching aids, experiments, and activities to enhance conceptual understanding.
- Maintain an organized and stimulating classroom environment that fosters learning and discipline.
- Assess and evaluate students progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Integrate technology into teaching to make lessons interactive and relevant.
- Organize and guide students in fairs, exhibitions, and other co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and school management to support holistic student development.
- Stay updated with latest teaching methodologies and subject knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in English with B.Ed. (relevant subject specialization preferred).
- Prior teaching experience at middle or secondary school level.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for inspiring young minds and fostering curiosity in science.
